Key duties include

  • General administrator support – emails/scanning/photocopying
  • Inputting and updating bespoke client database
  • Manage and prioritise own work load to meet deadlines
  • Provide support to the Para-planning Team

Skills & Experience

  • Require excellent IT skills to include MS Word, Excel & Outlook.
  • Financial Services Background and/or qualifications an advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Excellent telephone and customer service skills

Based in pleasant offices in Trowbridge working full time, 37.5 hours per week. A discretionary bonus is paid quarterly dependent on experience, KPI’s & profitability. 28 days holiday (including bank holidays).
