Candidates should demonstrate high inter-personnel and organisation skills and be ready to support the rapid growth of this dynamic financial planning practice.

Key duties include:

  • General administrative support
  • Fund based research
  • E-mailing/scanning/photocopying
  • Inputting and updating of a bespoke client database
  • Entire processing of new business
  • Reviewing existing client files to ensure firm objectives and targets are met
  • Managing and prioritising ones work load to meet deadlines
  • Providing support to the Para-planning team

Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent IT skills; MS Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Superb telephone and customer service skills

The administration team lays the foundations in ensuring the entire practice runs smoothly and meets deadlines. Candidates with a background in financial services and/or qualifications would be an advantage. Although, a background in banking within an IFA firm or experience in pensions and investments is also beneficial.
